 30-Day Refund Policy for Phase 1 Products
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Phase 1 product purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
- The product is in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
- You have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).
- The product was purchased directly from startphase1.com
Refund Process

Contact our customer support team at hello@startphase1.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a refund request.

Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm its eligibility, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Exceptions
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for refund.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
